Educational Qualifications
- Science stream: Class 12 with Physics, Mathematics & English (≥ 50% aggregate & English)
- OR 3-year engineering diploma (≥ 50% aggregate & English marks)
- OR 2-year vocational course with PCM (≥ 50% aggregate & English)
- Non-Science: Class 12 in any stream (≥ 50% aggregate & English)
- OR 2-year vocational with ≥ 50% aggregate & English
Nationality & Medical
- Indian citizen
- Height: minimum 152 cm (147 cm for certain regions like NE/E, 150 cm for Lakshadweep)
- Normal chest expansion, hearing, vision, dental, and general fitness

- Born between July 2, 2005 and January 2, 2009 (inclusive)
- Maximum age at enrollment: 21 years

- Phase I – Written Test
- Science: 60 minutes – Physics, Maths & English (CBSE 10+2 standard)
